CHRISTMAS CLOSING

WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS FROM 3PM THIS THURSDAY 19TH DECEMBER & REOPEN ON MONDAY, 6TH JANUARY 2025.

ANY ORDERS OR QUERIES PLACED AT 3PM THIS THURSDAY WILL BE DEALT WITH ON OUR RETURN IN JANUARY.

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

 

You can use our Shopping Cart to pay for your items through Paypal or using debit/credit cards, you DO NOT have to have a Paypal Account.

OR

You may order over the telephone, please contact us on 01656 720812. However, please note that you must have all relevant SKU codes and descriptions to process, we will then send you a Stripe or Paypal invoice for payment. Your order may not be dispatched for 24 hours.

Please note that all our prices are inclusive of VAT unless you are outside of the EU or worldwide.

VAT is only charged to customers residing in GB and North Ireland.

Countries outside of Great Britain are subject to (country specific) Import Duties and Taxes and you, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional fees incurred, if you refuse to pay the import duties and your order is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the goods plus a restocking fee of £5.00.  The carriage costs WILL NOT be refunded.

Any orders held in a basket and paid at a later date may be refused and refunded.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We endeavour to send orders out within 24 hours of received monies, Monday to Thursday, however, in case of any postal difficulties/bank holidays etc, please allow the Post Office up to 28 days delivery, this is stipulated by the Post Office but most packaged are received within 24 hours.  Please contact us by telephone or email if you require your tracking number.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please make sure you have given us your CORRECT and CURRENT postal address, especially the correct Postcode. You will be liable for extra postage fees if you have failed to update your address with Paypal and your package has been returned to us. If we have emailed you for confirmation of the correct address and you fail to respond we will automatically refund your order within 24 hours.

UK POSTAGE COSTS

2nd class postage £2.99 (2-5 working days)

1st class postage £4.99 – 1 to 3 working days delivery.

1st Class Tracked & Signed £6.99

SPEND OVER £29 Net = FREE 1st Class*

* Currently our cut off order point is 3 PM except Friday when cut off is 12 noon.
* Orders placed between Friday 12 NOON to Monday 9AM will be processed on the Monday

UK NEXT DAY Royal Mail– Next Day is £12.99  – Order before Noon –  This service requires a signature (please make sure you are in to receive your parcel) – Arrives next day by 1pm

PLEASE PLACE ORDERS ROYAL MAIL ORDERS BEFORE 3pm!! Monday to Thursday Only!

Royal Mail do not delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

 

EUROPE  

We currently DO NOT supply Europe or Northern Ireland due to the NEW Euroepan GSPR regulations.  We will putting this in place in the New Year once we have sourced a European Representative.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

Rest of World and you the customers are liable for Customs & Taxes that may be due within your own country.

We will be using UPS 3 day service which is fully trackable service from door to door.

Failure to pay customs and return of your parcel will incur all fees incurred and other expenses.

PLEASE NOTEIf your billing address is in Europe/Rest of the Word and you require UK Delivery then you will be liable for the UK VAT fee of 20% which we will invoice before dispatch.

LOSS or DAMAGE

We recommend you examine the goods upon delivery to check they are correct and present.  Please notify us within 7 days from the day on which you received the goods so we can rectify any issues.


RETURNS POLICY

All our products carry a full money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. All goods returned must be in perfect condition and in original packaging when returned. Please enclose your receipt, full name, address, telephone number and your request for exchange or refund and remember to ask for a receipt of shipment. We no longer offer return labels.

You are responsible for postage costs on returning goods to us and we also charge a re-stocking fee of £5.00 on any returned items.
