How to apply a glitter tattoo stencil
- Remove the backing card from the stencils
- Apply the black stencil and top layer to the skin area
- Then remove the top layer exposing the skin area to be glittered
- Apply your body glue and glitter.
- Remove and dispose of your stencil.
